We network different process steps optimally with our portal solution. Fully automa-ted loading and unloading solutions from SW are fast, precise and always allow  free access to all sides of  the machine. For the 7-axis robot portal we arrange the robot outside of the machining centers. The operators have a free view of the working areas and main-tenance engineers can access all components directly.

The automation system detects raw parts with industrial im-age processing and assigns them independently to the appropriate machine. The robots communicate directly with the machine control unit and higher-level systems. Industry 4.0 on board.  Portal robots are built using standard components with proven features - fully developed and available for delivery at short notice.
