Different process steps are optimally coordinated with our portal solution. Fully automated loading and unloading solutions from SW are fast, precise and accessible  from all sides of the machine.  Our 7-axis robot portals  have the robot situated outside of the machining center. The operators have a free view of the working areas and maintenance engineers can access all components directly.

The automation system detects raw parts with industrial image processing and assigns them independently to the appropriate machine. The robots communicate directly with the machine control unit and higher-level systems—this is Industry 4.0.  Portal robots are built using standardized components with proven features - fully developed and ready  for delivery at a moment’s notice.
