IH-1 Basics of Troubleshooting and Repair for SW Machines

SHORT DESCRIPTION

The objectives of this course are to understand the assembly groups and measuring systems of a SW machine as well as to gain the skills to execute the basic troubleshooting and repair tasks correctly. After an introduction to the machine design, the basic control operations required for troubleshooting and repair are shown. For all assembly groups the basic troubleshooting and repair tasks are discussed and trained. The course is completed by a presentation of the SW support procedures and the possibility of remote maintenance and diagnostics by the SW Online System.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

After the successful completion of this course, the participant is able to ensure the availability of the SW machine by:

| Successfully executing basic repair tasks
| Cooperating efficiently with the SW hotline support

| Qualification as industrial mechanic, industrial electronics technician, mechatronic technician, or a related qualification
| Basic knowledge of CNC machine tools
